Synopsis
Alex, a young journalist, crosses paths with Kyle, a charismatic architect unaware that his ex-wife, Elizabeth, has just returned to the city. Recently widowed after the death of her very rich and very old Parisian husband, Elizabeth resumes her career as a psychologist and soon begins treating a troubled new patient: Richard.
Richard is concerned about his sex life with his girlfriend, Jane, a quiet and reserved librarian whose secret hobbies include anonymous chats with Enzo, Kyle’s best friend. In an effort to pay for therapy while waiting for his novels to be published, Richard sells chocolate in supermarket promotions, dressed as a mariachi. Meanwhile, one of those unpublished novels happens to tell the story of his ex-girlfriend: Alex.
As their lives intersect through London, the boundaries between fiction and reality blur in a story about longing, coincidence, and the hidden patterns that shape human connection.
